Pintu Soni, who makes Mawa Kulfi, says that to make this Mawa Kulfi, the artisans who make Mawa Kulfi have to wake up first thing in the morning and milk the animals. After this, boiling the milk in big pans is an important part of the process of making Ravadar Rabdi. When rabri is ready, it is taken off the flame and cooled. After that sugar is added. Then finely ground cardamom powder is added to the prepared mixture. Finally, dry fruits are added to it and it is poured into molds of different sizes and quantities to give it the shape of Kulfi. After that they are wrapped and filled in special types of pouches prepared for Kulfi. After this, this Bharatpuria Mawa Kulfi, full of amazing taste, is ready for sale.
Kulfi is famous by the name of Baba Kajoda Baba.
Pintu Soni says that this is the third generation of ours doing this business of Mawa Kulfi. Our grandfather Kajoda Baba used to make this Mawa Kulfi, after that our father took over the work and after father, we are handling the work of this Mawa Kulfi. This Mawa Kulfi of ours is famous by the name of our Baba Kajoda Baba. Our Kulfi is very tasty to eat. Also, the price of this Mawa Kulfi ranges from ₹10 to ₹50 in the market.
